Refund Policy
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
General Rule
Because digital signal access is delivered immediately and continuously, completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable.
Exception Cases
Refund review may be considered only for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or proven platform-side billing errors.
Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date with sufficient supporting details.
Important Notice
Market losses, strategy outcomes, or missed opportunities are not eligible refund reasons. Investment decisions and resulting outcomes remain the user’s responsibility.
